Alex Berry was great! Took my case on very short notice and was prepared and professional from beginning to end. In short, my ex-wife's boyfriend (career felon) had been physically assaulting my two daughters. I had a permanent restraining order against him and my daughters. The next day I received a restraining order from him (retaliatory). Alex took him to task in cross-examination. Even with a very challenging and difficult 'judge' Alex used excellent tact, wit, diplomacy, and common sense to get the case thrown out. Dismissed with prejudice. I recommend retaining Alex Berry.
